What it is
A type of absorbent clay composed mostly of montmorillonite. It is formed from volcanic ash and is known for its ability to absorb excess oil and impurities.
How it works
Bentonite clay has a strong negative ionic charge. When hydrated, it acts like a magnet, attracting and binding to positively charged toxins, heavy metals, and impurities, drawing them out of the skin. Its porous structure also allows it to absorb excess sebum.
