How it works

Glycerin is a humectant that attracts water from the dermis and the environment into the stratum corneum. It helps to maintain the skin's moisture balance, facilitates the transport of water through aquaporin channels, and supports a healthy skin barrier by maintaining the liquid crystal structure of intercellular lipids.
